Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and production integrity.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that custom products differ significantly from standard retail goods and are subject to special conditions regarding returns and refunds.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

l  Custom brand information cards

l  QR code verification cards

l  Product traceability cards

l  Any product that has entered production

l  Orders approved by the customer via final proof confirmation

Once production begins, materials, labor, and system resources are allocated and cannot be reversed.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund requests may be reviewed under limited circumstances, including:

l  Manufacturing defects confirmed to be caused by our production process
